الأقراص التي توضع تحت اللسان ويمتصها الجسم هل تفسد الصيام؟

السؤال : هناك نوع من الحبوب يستعمله بعض مرضى القلب ، هذه الحبة توضع تحت اللسان ولا تبلع، ويمتصها الجسم ، فهل هذه الحبة تفسد الصيام؟

الحمد لله
منطقة ما تحت اللسان ـ كما يقول الأطباء ـ هي أسرع مناطق البدن امتصاصًا للعلاج ، ولهذا ، فإن أسرع علاج لبعض الأزمات القلبية حبة توضع تحت اللسان ، فتمتص بطريقة مباشرة وسريعة ، ويحملها الدم إلى القلب فتوقف أزماته المفاجئة .
وهذا النوع من الحبوب لا يفسد الصيام لأنه يُمتص في الفم ، ولا يدخل شيء منه إلى المعدة .
وعلى من يستعملها أن يحترز حتى لا يبتلع منها شيئاً بعد ذوبانها في الفم وقبل امتصاصها .
وقد جاء في قرار "مجمع الفقه الإسلامي" :
"الأمور الآتية لا تعتبر من المفطرات: ... الأقراص العلاجية التي توضع تحت اللسان لعلاج الذبحة الصدرية وغيرها ، إذا اجتنب ابتلاع ما نفذ إلى الحلق" انتهى .

Do sublingual medications (those that are placed under the tongue to dissolve and be absorbed by the body) break the fast?

There is a type of pill which is used by some heart patients. The pill is placed under the tongue and is not swallowed, and is absorbed by the body. Does this pill break the fast?.

Praise be to Allaah. The sublingual area – according to doctors – is the area of the body which most rapidly absorbs medicine. Hence the quickest treatment for some heart problems (angina) is a pill which is placed under the tongue, where it is absorbed directly and quickly, and the bloodstream carries it to the heart where it stops the angina attack.
This kind of medication does not break the fast because it is absorbed in the mouth and none of it enters the stomach. The one who uses it must be careful and make sure that he does not swallow any of it after it dissolves in the mouth and before it is absorbed.
It says in a statement of the Islamic Fiqh Council:
The following things are not regarded as breaking the fast: medicines that are placed under the tongue to treat angina pectoris and other problems, so long as one avoids swallowing anything that reaches the throat. End quote.

Il y a une espèce de comprimés qu'on administre à certains malades en les leur mettant sous la langue de sorte que le corps les absorbe sans qu'on les avale…Peuvent ils invalider le jeûne?

La région située sous la langue, selon les médecins, est la partie du corps qui absorbe le plus rapidement les médicaments. Voila pourquoi, pour un traitement rapide de certaines crises cardiaques, on met un comprimé sous la langue du malade, et sa teneur est absorbé directement et rapidement. Le sang le transmet au cœur et les crises sont bloquées.
Cette espèce de comprimés ne remet pas en cause le jeûne puisqu'elle se dissout dans la bouche et ne pénètre pas dans l'estomac. Son utilisateur doit veiller à ne pas en avaler une partie après sa dissolution et avant son absorption dans la bouche.
Une des résolutions de l'Académie Islamique de Jurisprudence stipule: « Les choses suivantes ne sont pas considérées comme des facteurs de rupture du jeûne….
