Blessings of Health and Leisure..

Praise be to Allah, and we seek His help and forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the evils of our deeds, Whoever Allah guides, none will mislead him, and whoever misleads, none will guide him. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone no partner for him. And I bear witness that Mohammad is His servant and Messenger, may Allah bless him and his family and grant them peace
"
O you who have believed, fear Allؤپh as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims
"
"
O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwâ (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women; and fear Allâh through Whom you demand (your mutual rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allâh is Ever an All-Watcher over you

O you who have believed, fear Allؤپh and speak words of appropriate justice, will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allؤپh and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment
The most truthful book is the book of Allah, and the best guidance is the guidance of Mohammad peace be upon him and his family, and the evil thing is the innovation, every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance in the fire
Then afterwards
In this short, transient life, the believer must occupy his time with the remembrance of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, by doing acts of worship, and avoiding disobedience, abominations and distractions, he must avoid wasting time in what does not bring him closer to Allah Almighty, he must take advantage of the "blessing of health" by spending it in acts of worship, and the "blessing of time", which is a lifetime, by spending it in obedience to Allah.
Our Noble Prophet, peace be upon him, warned us against wasting these two blessings, which are "health and free time".
Let us beware and adhere to the guidance of our Prophet, peace be upon him, the outward and inward, and from this guidance the exploitation of health and leisure.
This is a small message that guides us, and I ask Allah that it would be of great benefit in this world and the hereafter for everyone who has participated in it.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of messengers, Mohammad bin Abdullah, peace be upon him.

Blessings of Health and Leisure..

Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet said: "There are two blessings that many people are deceived into losing: health and free time." Al Bukhari.

It means that these two types of blessings are missed by many people, i.e. they are lost in them, they are health and free time.
If a person has health and free time, then he is greatly wronged in this.. A lot of our time is wasted uselessly while we are in health and wellness and free, but we do not know this unfairness in this world, but a person knows the unfairness if his time comes, and if it is on the Day of Resurrection
As Allah said:
"Until, when death comes to one of them (those who join partners with Allâh), he says: "My Lord! Send me back, So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks; and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected."

Allah Almighty said:
"And spend [in the way of Allāh] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be of the righteous."

The reality is that these many times go to waste and we do not benefit from them, nor do we benefit any of the servants of Allah, and we do not regret this unless the time comes (death).
A person wishes to be given a chance, even for one minute, in order to repent, but that does not happen.
Then a person may not miss these two blessings, health and free time with death only, he may miss them before he dies, he may get sick and be unable to do what Allah has enjoined upon him.
He may get sick, get tired, and he may be preoccupied with finding maintenance for himself and his dependents until he misses many acts of worship.. That is why a wise person should take advantage of health and free time by obeying Allah Almighty as much as he can… Al Othaimeen.

From the book "Beneficial Words for Muslim Sisters"..
What are the duties of a Muslim sister towards her time, as well as a brother?

1 That she preserves her time just as she preserves her money, or even more than it, and that she must be keen to make use of all of her time in that which benefits her in her religious and worldly affairs.
The predecessors, may Allah be pleased with them, were the most careful of their time, because they knew its value, and they were very careful not to pass a day or part of a day or a moment of time, even if it was short, without providing them with useful knowledge, righteous deeds, or self-fighting, or giving a benefit to others, so that their ages do not flow in vain and are wasted and pass away without realizing.

The poet said:
If a day passes and I do not quote guidance and do not benefit from knowledge, then it (the day) is not of my life.
.

Ibn Abbas narrated that the prophet said: "Make the most of five things before five others: life before death, health before sickness, free time before becoming busy, youth before old age, and wealth before poverty." Sahih Al Targheeb.

Abu Barzah reported that the prophet said, "Man's feet will not move on the Day of Resurrection before he is asked about his life, how did he consume it, his knowledge, what did he do with it, his wealth, how did he earn it and how did he dispose of it, and about his body, how did he wear it out Atermizi

Ibn Mas’ud narrated that the prophet said: "Man's feet will not move on the Day of Resurrection before he is asked about his life, how did he consume it, his youth , how did he wear it out, his wealth, how did he earn it and how did he dispose of it, and what he did with the knowledge he had". Atermizi.

Abi Adarda' narrated that the prophet said, "If you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much, you would have gone out running to Allah Almighty.” Al Hakem.

Abdullah Ibn Amr narrated that the prophet passed by him while he was building a wall for himself and his mother, and he said: What is this, O Abdullah? Abdullah said: O Messenger of Allah, something that I can fix. He said: It is faster than that." Sahih Sunnan Abi Dawood.

The Prophet, peace be upon him, did not mean to prevent them from reforming that private house, but he does mean to remind them that the hereafter is the enjoyment, and that death is inevitably coming, and that the intelligent person is the one who will reform the hereafter before he cares about reforming this mortal.
Undoubtedly his advice also includes not being too preoccupied with the world, which distracts the believer, and makes the world in the end as if it were the intended goal.

"The matter is quicker than that." This means that death is inevitably coming, and you must prepare to meet Allah, that is, do not exaggerate in reforming your world, and do not exaggerate the interest in it, as is the case now, people care about the world exaggeratedly. The world for the believer must occupy little space, It really has to be a means, If it is a means, the believer will definitely not be concerned with false appearances, and with matters that are intended to be ostentatious. The believer's intention will really be to use this world as a bridge that connects him, the believer will care only about what helps him to obey Allah Almighty.

His saying, peace be upon him, “The matter is quicker than that”: that is, do not exaggerate your concern for your worldly affairs. And in the authentic hadith as well, “What is little and enough is better than that which is abundant and distracting.” Sahih al-Targheeb.

This hadith clearly indicates that the more a person is preoccupied with the world, the more it is a reason for his distraction and preoccupation.

Abi Hurairah narrated that the prophet said: "A servant says, My wealth. my wealth, but out of his wealth three things are only his: whatever he eats and makes use of or by means of which he dresses himself and it wears out or he gives as charity, and this is what he stored for himself (as a reward for the Hereafter), and what is beyond this (it is of no use to you) because you are to depart and leave it for other people. Sahih Moslem.

Abdullah Ibn Omar narrated that the prophet said: "The people of Hell are all arrogant and rough and the people of Paradise are weak and defeated." Sahih Al Gamee.
Abu Hurairah narrated that the prophet said: "Allah Almighty hates everyone who knows the world and is ignorant of the hereafter." Sahih Al Gamee.

He knows everything of the worldly matters; Such as commerce, industry, and other sciences, and he is far from Allah Almighty, his religion and his laws, “ignorant of the affair of the Hereafter,” meaning: but he is ignorant of what will benefit him in the Hereafter, and what brings him closer to Allah; because knowledge is an honor that does not perish, and whoever is content with the mortal despicable, then he is hated; for his wretchedness and because he knew what Allah and His Messenger did not like.
He knows useless knowledge and is ignorant of what is harmful to him. This is a slander for everyone who abandons obedience to Allah Almighty and strives in the affairs of this world only, and forgets the Hereafter.

Therefore, every Muslim has to stand with himself and ask himself about every action he did and for every word he said, for whoever asks himself in this world, his account in the hereafter will be easy for him. Our righteous predecessors used to hold themselves accountable even in the throes of death! ! !

Shomasa said: "We went to Amr Ibn al-As and he was about to die. He wept for a long time and turned his face towards the wall. His son said: Did the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him not give you tidings of this? Did the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) not give you tidings of this? He (the narrator) said: He turned his face (towards the audience) and said: The best thing which we can count upon is the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Verily I have passed through three phases. (The first one) in which I found myself averse to none else more than I was averse to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and there was no other desire stronger in me than the one that I should overpower him and kill him. Had I died in this state, I would have been definitely one of the denizens of Fire. When Allah instilled the love of Islam in my heart, I came to the Apostle (ﷺ) and said: Stretch out your right hand so that may pledge my allegiance to you. He stretched out his right hand, I withdrew my hand, He (the Holy Prophet) said: What has happened to you, O 'Amr? replied: I intend to lay down some condition. He asked: What condition do you intend to put forward? I said: should be granted pardon. He (the Holy Prophet) observed: Are you not aware of the fact that Islam wipes out all the previous (misdeeds)? Verily migration wipes out all the previous (misdeeds), and verily the pilgrimage wipes out all the (previous) misdeeds. And then no one as or dear to me than the Messenger of Allah and none was more sublime in my eyes than he, Never could I, pluck courage to catch a full glimpse of his face due to its splendour. So if I am asked to describe his features, I cannot do that for I have not eyed him fully. Had I died in this state had every reason to hope that I would have bee among the dwellers of Paradise. Then we were responsible for certain things (in the light of which) I am unable to know what is in store for me. When I die, let neither female mourner nor fire accompany me. When you bury me, fill my grave well with earth, then stand around it for the time within which a camel is slaughtered and its meat is distributed so that I may enjoy your intimacy and (in your company) ascertain what answer I can give to the messengers (angels) of Allah". Sahih Moslem.

When death was upon Mu'adh bin Jabal, it was said to him: 'O Abu 'Abdur-Rahman, advise us.' He said: 'Sit me up.' So he said: 'Indeed, knowledge and faith are at their place, whoever desires them shall find them.' He said that three times. 'And seek knowledge from four men: 'Uwaimir Abu Ad-Darda, with Salman Al-Farisi, with 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud, and with 'Abdullah bin Salam who used to be a Jew and then accepted Islam. For indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "Indeed he is the tenth of ten in Paradise."
As-Sahih Al Mosnad.

In the hadith: Explaining the importance of seeking knowledge, and that it is one of the first things recommended.

Our righteous predecessors set the greatest example of preparing for the Hereafter with righteous deeds of all kinds - taking advantage of their life and their time - whether it was from the actions of the hearts, tongues, or limbs.

They did not leave one of the gates of good except that they were racing to enter it, and they did not leave one of the gates of evil except that they were warning against it and against entering it, and all because they complied with the saying of the truth, the Exalted and the Most High in Surat Al Emran:
"And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord, and a garden as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous."

Their willingness to meet God did not stop at some of the words that came out of mouths and had no balance of slavery in the hearts
Rather, all their bodies and their extremities were subject to obedience to Allah as if they were saying: "I hastened to you, my Lord, that you may be pleased."

They always preferred the works of the Hereafter to all their worldly interests, because their hearts believed and submitted to the words of Allah Almighty:
"Whoever desires the quick-passing (transitory enjoyment of this world), We readily grant him what We will for whom We like. Then, afterwards, We have appointed for him Hell; he will burn therein disgraced and rejected (- far away from Allâh’s Mercy)...And whoever desires the Hereafter and strives for it, with the necessary effort due for it (i.e. does righteous deeds of Allâh’s Obedience) while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) - then such are the ones whose striving shall be appreciated, (thanked and rewarded by Allâh)."

" Whoever makes the world his goal, Allah disorganizes his affairs, and puts his poverty right before his eyes, the world does not come to him, except what has been decreed for him.
Whoever makes the Hereafter his goal, Allah organizes his affairs, Allah makes his heart rich, and the world comes to him whether it wants to or not." Sahih Ibn Majah.

Despite all this, they felt that their deeds were insignificant because they knew that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "If a man were to be dragged on his face from the day he was born until the day he dies old, pleasing Allah, he would humiliate him on the Day of Resurrection ". Sahih Al Gamee.

All of this made their hearts tender and their tears abundant from the fear of Allah Almighty.
Anas Ibn Malik narrated that the prophet delivered a Khutbah to us the like of which I had never heard from him before. He said, "If you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much". Thereupon companions covered their faces and began sobbing." Sahih Al Bukhari.

Omar Ibn Al Khattab was crying out of fear of Allah Almighty, and perhaps he passed by the verse at night and it choked him, so he would stay at home for days, and they visited him for thinking that he was ill! Ahmed.

Hani', Othman Ibn Affan servant, said: When Othman Ibn Affan stood on a grave, he would weep until his beard was wet, so it was said to him: Do you remember Heaven and Hell, and do not weep, and weep because of this?
He said: The prophet, peace be upon him, said: "I have never seen a sight except that the grave is more horrible than it". Sahih Ibn Majah.

This is the positive fear that helps a person to do more obedience to Allah. The one who is afraid is not the one who cries and tears roll down his cheeks, then he goes forward in disobedience to Allah, but the fearful is the one who abandons what he fears of.

He should make use of his time the most important and then the important, and not to be distracted by the lowest from the highest, and he must be keen on doing the right work at the right time.
That is to organize the time between the various duties and actions, whether religious or worldly - while invoking the intention with any work, whether religious or worldly, so that some do not dominate over others, and the unimportant do not dominate the important, nor is the important thing over the most important, nor is the un-timed one over the timed one, what is urgently required - such as praying on time - must be initiated.

To keep himself away from a lot of permissible things; too much of it is a waste of time; if one does not evoke an intention for it that makes it obedience.

To take the passing of days, nights and days, as an example for himself, for the night and day wear out everything new, bring the distant one closer, turn ages away, cause the young to be old, and destroy the elder.

Take the previlege of the times that Allah distinguished with certain virtues over others… For example: the last third of the night…"Our Lord, the Blessed and the Exalted, descends every night to the lowest heaven when one-third of the latter part of the night is left, and says: Who supplicates Me so that I may answer him? Who asks Me so that I may give to him? Who asks Me forgiveness so that I may forgive him?".. Al Bukhari.

So let the Muslim hurry and seize this great victory, and do not waste these hours in vain, for whoever neglects them has missed out on much good. As well as the last hour after Al Asr on Friday.
Abi Hurairah narrated that the prophet said: "there is a time on Friday at which no Muslim will ask Allah for what is good without His giving it to him.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

Virtues of the days: Fasting Ashura, the virtue of the last ten days of Ramadan.

In order to preserve time, which is a person’s life and his credit, it is necessary to beware of the deadly time blight, the most important of which is the long hope in this world and the deception of work,
thinking well of oneself and companions of killing time and negligence, and procrastination, so that the present does not escape and becomes a past that will never return, we must sow in our day to reap in our tomorrow, otherwise we regret where regret is not useful. As Allah said: "He will say: "Alas! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my life."

Woe to me! Would that I were dust

"Lord, return * that I may do righteousness in what I have left."

The poet said

Provide yourself with piety, for you do not know ** If the night breaks, will you live until dawn

How many healthy people died without a disease ** and how many sick people lived for a period of time

How many young men come in the evening and become safe ** and his shrouds have been woven and he does not know

Noting that one of the conditions for accepting a good deed is that it should be
For the sake of Allah, it should be Right: that is, according to what Allah has prescribed
Therefore, it is necessary to search for the correct books, and to learn, even if a lot of effort is made.. The Sahih Book - The Beneficial Tape - Attending knowledge assemblies that help in knowing the approach of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah

Remember that you stood naked on the day of the parade ** lonely, anxious, gut-wrenching, bewildered

And fire burns with anger ** against the disobedient, and the Lord of the Throne is angry

Read your book slowly O servant ** Do you see a letter in it other than what they were?

So when you read and did not deny this reading ** and you confessed those who knew things out of gratitude
And it was said: Your soul if you do not occupy it with the truth, it will be occupied with false.

Being busy with nonsense, insulting others and all other evils, is the fruit of a void that was not filled with righteous deeds
.

Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
